Full Job Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide services to clients'. This position actively addresses each recipient’s individualized service plan—i.e. recreational, educational, and community activities. May provide one on one transportation, and some weekends and evenings. Full benefits with flexible hours. Candidates must possess the ability to manage their own caseload and be committed to helping individuals live their best lives and remain as independent as possible.”

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.75 - $16.00 per hour
