BECOMING A DSP
Direct support professionals (DSPs) are individuals who work directly with people that have physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
A primary purpose of the DSP is to assist those who need support to lead independent and quality lives and to participate fully in Ohio’s communities.
All DSPs help people live, learn, work and play in their communities through Day Support and/or Employment.
