Ability Works would like to feature Share and Care in Fremont, OH as Employer of the Month! From June to August this year, Share and Care participated in our Summer Youth Work Experience program and allowed groups of 4 students to gain employment experience through assisting Share and Care with their day-to-day operational needs. Students were able to experience a range of job tasks from taking in new donations, to sorting and cleaning items and furniture, and assisting customers.
At the conclusion of the Summer Youth Work Experience program, Share and Care was impressed with our students’ hard work and growth which lead to a permanent job offer for one of our students. Thank you to Director Lynette Kirsch and Share and Care for helping to provide valuable work experience and employment to those in our community!
