We are excited to announce that our CEO, Laura LaGodney, has been appointed to the Ohio Provider Resource Association (OPRA) Board. The announcement came during OPRA’s annual retreat last week.
OPRA has served as the voice for Ohio providers serving individuals with Developmental Disabilities for more than 40 years. Laura moves from her role as district representative board member at OPRA to the role of Board Secretary starting January 1st, 2022. Laura has been with Ability Works for over 15 years and has served as CEO for three, pushing us to embrace technology advancement and improving all the disability services we offer.
We are excited for her to move into this new role, serving individuals with developmental disabilities in Erie County as Ability Works CEO and now in a much larger role across Ohio as the OPRA Board Secretary.
