Ability Works would like to award the Sandusky Mall the Employer of The Month Award.
As we help individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities find a job there are always those Employers that stand out to us, helping to customize job roles for our individuals or promoting an overall inclusive business.
Our staff works closely with the property manager at the Sandusky Mall, Scott Ransom, when working to get individuals hired. Scott and his team provide great natural supports in assisting our individuals that work in the food court, supporting them with their tasks of maintaining cleanliness in the food court and surrounding areas. The employees at the mall look forward to their job and provide excellent customer service to the residents of Sandusky and out-of-town visitors.
