Congratulations to Marc’s Supermarket in Avon Ohio for being nominated as Employer of the Month for August 2022. Ability Works staff works closely with the managers at Marc’s, Sue and Paul, to find jobs for individuals with disabilities that we serve.
Sue and her team have done an amazing job providing natural supports for the individuals they have hired and assist them with their tasks of stocking and conditioning the store. Our individuals who are currently employed there love their jobs and love coming to work every day to provide the best customer service at Marc’s. Marc’s even welcomes our Summer Youth Work Experience Program this year and we hope to partner with them for years to come!
