Mental Health Resources During COVID

This time can be difficult for many but is often especially difficult for individuals with disabilities. "Adults with disabilities report experiencing frequent mental distress almost 5 times as often as adults without disabilities." Being isolated, and dealing with the stress/anxiety of COVID can seem overwhelming, but there are ways to cope. Below are a few resources to help.
