Again, we had TWO staff members who were nominated for Employee of the Month!
Christine
Christine has been a sub JC for almost two years and has a passion for Job Coaching students and adults in SE. She is consistently picking up shifts whenever needed at a moment’s notice and is definitely someone we can count on. Her documentation is very thorough and she provides valuable information to our funding sources. She wants to assist our individuals in any way she can and she truly cares. We are so lucky to have Christine on our team!!
Amanda
I am nominating Amanda for Employee of the Month! She has done a great job in her new role as Director of Programming. From my perspective, it looks like she is an amazing supervisor, someone that is personable and whom her staff can talk to, but also good at delegating and getting things done.
She has done a lot in getting the Lorain Building open such as finding the location, working on staffing it, getting it decorated, a making it usable for our groups. This has been a quick-to-put-together task due to individuals needing services soon, and she has got it all together quickly!
Amanda has been working on so many things at work, while also having sick kids. Even with all this, she still goes that extra step in her work. She works to make sure clients are getting the best care possible, and her staff are getting the best training and work environment they need. From putting pretty colors on the walls to developing new staff work/training systems. She always looks for new ways to improve the services she oversees. -Courtney
